Leeds United are reportedly desperate to retain Pascal Struijk amid talk of interest from Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa and Newcastle United.
The 26-year-old arrived at Elland Road from Ajax’s academy as a teenager and has since blossomed into an established first-team star.
He is closing in on the 200-appearance milestone and recently scored the decisive penalty that sent Leeds into the semi-final stage of the FA Cup.

Leeds United’s Pascal Struijk stance outlined
According to Football Insider, Leeds are desperate to keep hold of their long-serving defender.
It has been claimed Leeds are confident they will be able to fend off suitors if they beat the drop in the Premier League.
However, the report has suggested the Whites will be susceptible to offers if they fall into the Championship.
Pascal Struijk’s loyalty rewarded
This suggestion will not come as a surprise to Leeds fans, who saw their club lose a raft of high-profile figures during their two years in the Championship.
Across the summers of 2023 and 2024, Leeds lost the likes of Tyler Adams, Luis Sinisterra, Archie Gray, Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter.
Struijk stuck by Leeds as the club endured choppy waters and has been rewarded for his loyalty and persistence.

Having missed out on the 2024 Championship play-off final at Wembley through injury, Struijk looks set to play under the famous arch when the Whites face Chelsea in an FA Cup semi-final showdown.
“For me, especially since I missed out on the first time, it's a great feeling. I'm very excited, and to do it for the club."
