Nottingham Forest should join race to sign Shea Charles
Shea Charles has been one of the standout midfielders in the Championship this season, and as such, he’s attracting Premier League interest.
According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United and Everton are showing an interest in landing Charles’ signature.
Southampton are demanding around £20m to sanction the 22-year-old’s sale, so Forest should be all over that deal.

Nottingham Forest target Gustavo Hamer.
The 33-cap Northern Ireland international would be a really smart replacement for Anderson, as he’s exceptional on the ball and can break up the play.
Pep Guardiola was a big fan of Charles when he was a youngster coming through at Manchester City.
“We know him, he trains quite regularly with us, he’s so good, so composed,” Guardiola said about Charles in 2023.
The Saints midfielder has already demonstrated his ability to play at the top level, as he’s scored in cup competitions against Liverpool and Arsenal this term.
For just £20m, it’d be a pretty risk-free signing, and it’d allow Forest to allocate funds on other areas of the pitch.
Charles is out of contract next year, so it’d be the last chance for Southampton to cash in unless he pens a new contract.
