The talented forward has been a revelation since joining the Magpies in March and has gone on to become one of the club's most exciting players in a turbulent season.
The teenager has played in seven Southern League games and scored three goals and looks like an exciting prospect.
Not only has the Georgian youth international excelled going forward but Dorchester Town boss Wes Fogden has also hailed the young midfielder's work ethic off the ball.
Chubinidze was one of Dorchester best players in the recent 0-0 draw with Weymouth on Easter Monday offering a constant threat down the right wing as he used his pace and skill.
But he was also not afraid to do the hard work constantly tacking back as Matty Burrows and Harry Hutchinson burst down the wing in the other direction.
When asked about the players performances since arriving at the club, Fogden said: “Yeah definitely.
"I said, a few weeks ago or a few games ago, he sets the standard in terms of his work rate and his application and you can see even if he's not having the right time on the pitch with the ball he he will keep working for you and he'll keep giving the defender a hard time and and it shows every single game.
Fogden added: "We're just really pleased with him for such a young lad to be performing at those levels and and to be giving everything, because you never know how it's going to go with with some loan players.
"They might come and and because it's not their parent club, they might not give everything, but he's he's a real credit to to Bournemouth himself and and he's done really well for us.”
Fogden is hopeful that he will see the benefit of Chubinidze's talent for the remainder of the season.
The young midfielder has already been called back to the Cherries on a couple of occasions to play with the development side and missed the Berkhamsted game on Good Friday.
He was also limited to a late substitute appearance against Walton & Hersham due to playing for the Cherries the night before but still managed to get on the score sheet against the Southern League's best team.
Chubinidze could prove vital to the Magpies' survival chances and will be expected to start from the off again this weekend when Dorchester host second placed Gloucester City at The AVenue Stadium.
