Paris Saint-Germain superstar Vitinha was spotted waiting for 20 minutes to swap shirts with Liverpool youngster Trey Nyoni after Wednesday’s Champions League clash.
The Portuguese was untouchable in the PSG midfield, running the show as the French champions swatted Arne Slot’s team aside.
Having bossed Liverpool so thoroughly, Vitinha was then seen waiting for the Reds to finish their warm down before approaching Nyoni.

Vitinha happy to wait for Nyoni shirt swap
Swapping shirts has been a sensitive issue at Liverpool this week after Hugo Ekitike’s ill-advised switch with Rayan Cherki during the Reds’ 4-0 loss against Man City on Saturday.
Ekitike was shown how it was done by Vitinha, whose keenness to swap shirts with Nyoni was spotted by French journalist Julien Laurens after Wednesday’s match.
“Vitinha had been waiting 20 minutes by the side of the pitch that the Liverpool subs finished their fitness session on the pitch to swap his shirt with Trey Nyoni, who he promised to give his shirt to during the game! What a guy!” Laurens posted on X.
In the video, Vitinha can be seen lurking on the touchline at the Parc des Princes as he waits for the warm down to finish.

The 26-year-old greets Federico Chiesa, Andy Robertson and Rio Ngumoha with handshakes as he waits for Nyoni’s shirt.
Vitinha even had time to share a word with TNT Sports pundits for the night Steve McManaman and Steven Gerrard, as well as sharing a handshake with presenter Laura Woods.
While Ekitike’s disappointing moment at the Etihad reeked of unprofessionalism, Vitinha showed him and the rest of the Liverpool team how to behave with maturity and respect.
It will have meant a lot for Nyoni to get the shirt of one of the best midfielders in the world currently, and hopefully the Liverpool youngster can use it as inspiration on his own journey to the top.
