Leeds United’s Largie Ramazani stance

However, according to Football Insider, he will not feature in Daniel Farke’s plans for the 2026/27 season.

The report has claimed Ramazani has not managed to climb the pecking order and will consequently be allowed to seek pastures new.

It has also been suggested that even relegation from the Premier League will not offer Ramazani a reprieve in LS11.

Largie Ramazani’s struggle for minutes at Leeds United

A former Belgium youth international, Ramazani was considered a coup when he was lured to Leeds from Almeria.

He had impressed in Spain at a young age having started his senior career with Leeds’ bitter rivals Manchester United.

However, the explosive wideman found it tough to stay in Farke’s XI. In the latter stages of Ramazani’s maiden Leeds campaign, Farke offered a candid explanation for the winger’s lack of action.

He said: "Sometimes he can be the spark in the game but it's also important in a crunch time period of the season and often of the game that you have to be reliable in the details.

"There are a few things that are not negotiable. For example, when you bring a fresh player in – not just Largie, in general – after 60, 70, 75 minutes you should invest more in terms of covered distance and intensity than the player you substitute.

"If the player who comes in with fresh legs covers less distance, in metres per minute, this is not what you want; you want to make your team fresher and invest more instead of being a bit more lazy. This is not negotiable.

“Then to be strong and reliable and not always go for the most risky solutions. If you are fighting for titles it's important to be reliable.”

Largie Ramazani’s attributes assessed

If Ramazani’s undeniable potential can be unlocked, he could be an incredibly valuable asset for someone.

“He just needs to learn how to use it and when to use it and that's what he's doing out in Valencia.”
