Wolves confirm age band changes ahead of 2026/27 season ticket launch

Wolves confirm fresh age band changes ahead of the 2026/27 season ticket launch, with cheaper junior prices set to help families and future fans.

Wolves have taken another positive step towards making Molineux more welcoming for the next generation, with the club confirming age band changes ahead of the 2026/27 season ticket launch.

The news will be welcomed by many supporters, especially families, as Wolves look to keep football accessible for young fans and make it easier for the next generation to follow the team they love.

Under the new pricing structure, under-18 season tickets will be priced at £175 across all stands, while under-14s will cost £75. That is a big boost for families who want to bring youngsters to Molineux regularly without being priced out.

One of the biggest changes is the move from an under-17 band to an under-18 band. That means school leavers will now still be covered under the junior category if they are under 18 on 1 September 2026.

Wolves have also changed the under-21 band to an under-23 band. This should help more young adults stay connected with the club, especially those moving out of education and into work.

Another welcome change is that under-18 and under-14 prices will now be the same across all stands. That removes a layer of confusion and makes it easier for families to sit together wherever they want in the stadium.

The club has also confirmed that 1 September will now be the fixed date used for age band checks across all categories. That should make things clearer for supporters when the new season ticket details are released.

Nathan Shi said the changes show Wolves are putting supporters at the heart of the process. He explained that the club wants Molineux to be accessible for young fans and families, and that it is important for young supporters to feel part of Wolves from an early age.

That feels like the right approach. If Wolves want long-term support, the club has to keep making room for kids, families, and young adults. Football is built on memory, tradition, and belonging, and the best way to protect that is by making sure younger fans can still afford to be part of it.

Senior supporters have not been forgotten either, with the 65+ category staying in place despite the national retirement age changes.

The full season ticket pricing structure will be released later, but this update already gives fans plenty to be positive about.

This is a positive step to encourage our future Wolves fans and ensure they are able to support their local or family team. Making Molineux more affordable and family-friendly gives young supporters a real chance to grow up with Wolves, build their own memories, and stay connected to the club for life.
