Anton Stach, Joe Rodon and Daniel James are already doubts for Leeds United's FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea, with the involvement of three others in question for Monday's game at Manchester United.
Stach and Rodon picked up problems during Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final against West Ham United and are already considered unlikely to be back in time for the semi-final, against Chelsea at Wembley on April 26.
Of more immediate concern is how Leeds will line up for Monday's Premier League game at Manchester United, with the Whites stretched defensively and at inside-forward.
"Anton Stach will definitely miss the game on Monday, (with an) ankle injury after the cup game," said Farke. "Also, Joe Rodon will miss the game on Monday, also an ankle injury for him.
"Daniel James will also miss the game, sadly an adductor strain in the session before the cup game, so he won't be available
"A few more question marks, Jaka Bijol is currently struggling with a knock, he was not in team training yet this week.
"Also, Noah Okafor was today (Thursday) not in team training, he is struggling with some back problems, (so there is) also a question mark behind his availability.
"Gabbi Gudmundsson has made some progress. He came back with some light groin problems after the international games, so he's making light progress.

"But all three of them are doubts.
"If we would play the game tomorrow, then all three wouldn't be available. Thank God the game is just on Monday, so we have a bit more time.
"I'm hopeful that I have all three of them ready for the game, because we need our players ready and fit for this game."
Although a central midfielder by trade, Stach has often be used as inside-right in their 3-4-2-1 formation. He was injured in a heavy tackle during Sunday's second half. He and Rodon have been key figures this season.
"Normally you would say it's not realistic for both of them that they will be able to help us in April and we would just have them back in May," said Farke. "But of course our medical department is trying everything.
"It's the crunch period of the season and of course we want to have especially these players back as soon as possible.
"We will try step by step, also day by day, try to improve the situation and if they would be able to feature already at some point in April, would be a bonus right now at the moment.
"Realistically we have to say probably we'll just see them back in May."
