**West Ham United face Wolverhampton Wanderers tonight as they look to fight their way out of the relegation zone.**
This is an absolute must win for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side tonight, a loss against bottom of the league would really deflate the whole squad.
The team has been in quite poor form recently with just one draw from our last three matches. The manager has to get the team spot on to beat this rejuvenated Wolves team.
**My team to face Wolves**: Hermansen; Walker-Peters, Mavropanos, Disasi, Diouf; Traoré, Soucek, Fernandes, Summerville; Bowen, Pablo.
This is five changes from the team that faced Leeds in the FA Cup. Hermansen missed out because it was the FA Cup, Soucek was rested after just returning from International duty.
Mavropanos picked up a slight injury playing for Greece but is expected to be fine for tonight, while Pablo was benched in favour of Castellanos.
I think the Hermansen, Soucek and Mavropanos changes explain themselves. As for Pablo for Taty, I just think the Argentinian was really poor against Leeds. Also, Pablo would make a better partner for Bowen, his holding the ball up and linking up is a lot better. Also, Taty would be a better option off the bench.
But the main change for tonight needs to be Summerville, we’ve really missed our high flying Dutchman over the last three games and it’s imperative that he’s fit enough to play from the start tonight. Him and Adama on the wings with Bowen and Pablo leading the line could really frighten that Wolves defence.
If Summerville isn’t fit enough to feature, Bowen will obviously drop back to the wing and Taty will come in alongside Pablo once again.
That wouldn’t be bad, but having Summerville back could be the boost we need to get over the line today. My confidence for tonight solely depends on his fitness, which isn’t great, but it’s what we’ve gone down to in such desperate times.
