**We’re now just hours away from kick-off between West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers**.
This is a gargantuan fixture for West Ham United, and it could all-but relegate the Hammers, not mathematically, but a loss could wipe Nuno’s side of all hope.
So the question is, how are the fans feeling ahead of this crucial clash? Well, I think everyone’s very nervous because there’s so much riding on it, we could come out of the bottom three, or if we lose and Spurs beat Sunderland and/or Forest beat Aston Villa it begins to look bleak.
However, despite the nervousness, I think the majority of the fanbase thinks we will win the match, as long as we can field close to our strongest team, which it looks likely we will.
Yes Wolves have really rejuvenated themselves over recent months under Rob Edwards, however, they are still bottom of the league for a reason, they just aren’t a very good side.
With players like Axel Disasi, Malick Diouf, and a Konstantinos Mavropanos in defence. As well as Mateus Fernandes, Jarrod Bowen, and hopefully Crysencio Summerville in attack, we need to be winning this match or quite frankly we deserve to be relegated.
Earlier, our very own ex said “West Ham are expected to line up in a more attacking formation tonight as we chase a virtually important 3 points.”
This is really exciting to hear and probably suggests the return of Summerville and the 4-4-2 formation is going to happen.
A lot of fans’ confidence will probably solely rely on the starting lineup – if we see like likes of Summerville, Soucek, Mavropanos back in the starting lineup we will all be happy.
However, if we see no Summerville and the likes of Max Kilman and Songoutou Magassa in the team any hope of all three points will be slim.
