What Everton fans must do to get physical season ticket card to mark Hill Dickinson debut…

A number of Everton fans hope to obtain a physical season ticket card to commemorate the first campaign at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

In an age where football has gone digital and the souvenir of an actual ticket has vanished, many Everton supporters are keen to get a physical season ticket to show they were there for the first ever campaign at the Hill Dickinson Stadium – which is sure to be something of an antique in years to come.

However, Everton have now announced on the official Everton FC website that the only way to obtain such a souvenir is to become a Season Ticket+ holder for the 2026/27 campaign for the additional cost of £50 – news that is surely going to anger the fanbase.

Everton get it all wrong with Season Ticket+ decision

The Friedkin Group have already made a blunder by increasing the cost of season tickets for the 2026/27 campaign, at a time where millions across the country are struggling financially.

Now, the situation goes from bad to worse, as fans are being told to pay an extra £50 on top of the price of a normal season ticket for the 2026/27 campaign if they want to receive a physical season ticket card as a souvenir.

You can see what a Season Ticket+ entitles you to below.

10% discount on all concourse food and beverage purchases on matchday

A £10 food and drink matchday credit as a birthday gift

An exclusive, collector’s edition Hill Dickinson Stadium artwork piece

Free access to online live streams of pre-season games (subject to broadcast rights)

10% cashback on all purchases in the Trinity Bar Café on non-matchdays

25% discount on a Hill Dickinson Stadium Tour

1000 Forever Blue Rewards points

A 20% discount on Everton Women WSL Season Tickets (up to four per Member)

A commemorative Season Card (not functional)

Surely, it is only right that anybody who purchased a season ticket for the current campaign is entitled to a physical card if they want one.

MORE EVERTON STORIES

Everton do run an application process to obtain a physical season ticket card, although only fans with proof they have no means of owning a smartphone tend to be successful in these.

It is plain and simply wrong. This feels like a missed opportunity for Everton to connect with the fanbase, and praise those who invested hundreds of pounds to be able to cheer on the Toffees in the first ever season at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
