Liverpool have no new injuries, but two players are in doubt to start against Fulham after the midweek exploits in Paris.
The one piece of good news to emerge from the Champions League in midweek is that Liverpool did not sustain a new injury.
Arne Slot, however, did cast doubt over Joe Gomez and Jeremie Frimpong being capable of starting another match in quick succession after 90 minutes at the Parc des Princes.
Liverpool Injury & Absentee List
|Player|Injury Type|Status|Expected Return|
|Alisson|Hamstring|Unavailable|Late April|
Wataru Endo Ankle Unavailable June
Conor Bradley Knee (Surgery) Unavailable Pre-season
Giovanni Leoni ACL (Surgery) Unavailable Pre-season
Stefan Bajcetic Hamstring Unavailable Unknown
Jayden Danns Hamstring Unavailable Unknown
With Conor Bradley sidelined for the remainder of the season, Gomez and Frimpong have been sharing right-back duties when fit, but neither may be capable of starting at Anfield.
“Two of the players I’m of course worried about again for tomorrow will be Jeremie Frimpong and Joe Gomez,” Slot said, as he offered zero assurances they could be in the XI again.
If that is the case, Dominik Szoboszlai will be expected to drop into defence, as he has done for much of the season.
Liverpool’s available squad vs. Fulham
Goalkeepers: Mamardashvili, Woodman, Misciur
Defenders: Van Dijk, Konate, Gomez, Frimpong, Kerkez, Robertson, Ramsay
Midfielders: Szoboszlai, Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Jones, Nyoni
Forwards: Salah, Wirtz, Isak, Gakpo, Ekitike, Chiesa, Ngumoha, Morrison
As for Alisson, he is still unavailable, but Slot explained he is “working hard to find his way back into the squad.”
The Brazilian himself stated that he expects to return in late April from his hamstring injury. An earlier return could be key for Liverpool, though.
Liverpool could rotate vs. Fulham

With Slot, again, seeking to explain that “not all of our players are able and capable of playing three days later another intense game,” changes could beckon at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah will be expected to return to the starting lineup after he was left unused in Paris, while Curtis Jones, Andy Robertson, Cody Gakpo and potentially Rio Ngumoha will be hopeful of a start.
Predicted LFC XI: Mamardashvili; Szoboszlai, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Jones; Salah, Wirtz, Ngumoha, Gakpo
Predicted Fulham XI: Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Berge, Iwobi; Wilson, King, Bobb; Jimenez
Hugo Ekitike could be rested after showing signs of fatigue, managing just two goals in his last 12 appearances across all competitions, though Alexander Isak is not ready to start.
As for Fulham, they will be without Kenny Tete, Harrison Reed and Kevin for the Premier League fixture. Calvin Bassey, however, is available after a minor back issue.
They have not played since March 21 due to the international break and the lack of FA Cup or European action.
