Asked how pleased he was with how his side defended, Iraola told the Daily Echo: “Very happy.
“I think especially in set-play situations you are always scared.
“We gave some corners but conceded the penalty that I don't think it was a penalty. But the rest of them I think we defended quite well.
“In open play, I think we've been really good defensively, winning the duels against their forwards.
“And I think it has been the key, because we've been good on the ball, we've been threatening in the transitions. But especially, I think, defensively, we've been solid.”
