Liam Rosenior oversaw another defeat in the Premier League on Sunday after Chelsea were beaten by Manchester City.
The Blues lost 3-0 to Pep Guardiola’s side at Stamford Bridge, with their former player Marc Guehi scoring against them.
Rosenior tried to give his team some specific instructions in the first half, but it did not make any difference in the end.

Liam Rosenior urged Chelsea players to close down Manchester City counterparts quicker
In the first 45 minutes, there were clearly some things that Rosenior did not like. For example, he felt that his Chelsea team gave the ball away too cheaply in their own half.
As well as that, the 41-year-old was not completely satisfied with how long it was taking his players to close down their opponents.
Five minutes into the game, Sky Sports journalist Peter Smith shared that Rosenior was already out on the touchline urging his players to close down their City counterparts quicker.

Next up for Chelsea is a Premier League clash against City’s neighbours Manchester United.
It is a game that the Blues need to win, with both clubs fighting for a place in the top five. Lose that, and their chances of qualifying for next season’s Champions League will probably be over.
How Chelsea fared overall in first half vs Manchester City
Clearly, there were some areas in the first half where Chelsea could have done better, but it was a good 45 minutes in general.
They created chances and limited City’s attacking threat. All of the damage was done in the second half when Guardiola’s men went up another gear.
At that stage, there was probably not much this out-of-form Chelsea side could have done. They were simply beaten and outclassed by a much superior team.
Hopefully, Chelsea can get to that level one day, but that is going to take a while if the club continues to be run the way it is right now.
