Noah Okafor has hinted that he could be fit for Leeds United‘s clash at Old Trafford.
With four goals and zero assists in the Premier League, Okafor’s numbers may not suggest that he has played a crucial role for Leeds this season, but they don’t paint a full picture.
The Swiss international has been an integral component of Leeds’ attack, and his absence has certainly been felt whenever he is not fit.
Okafor was a big doubt for the Whites ahead of their trip to Old Trafford, having last featured in the FA Cup victory against West Ham.
However, as Leeds prepare to face Man United, they may also be preparing to welcome him back to the matchday squad.

Leeds could be boosted by Noah Okafor return
It was a hamstring injury that had Okafor down as a doubt for Monday night’s game, with Daniel Farke having confirmed there were “question marks” over his availability.
Anton Stach, Dan James and Joe Rodon will all definitely miss the game, but Okafor could actually make the squad.

Okafor return would give Leeds hope
Going to Old Trafford knowing how detrimental another defeat would be is a tough situation for Leeds, but their chances of avoiding that will be increased if Okafor is fit.
He ranks among the top 14 per cent of Premier League wingers for the number of dribbles completed this season, which will be crucial for Leeds in transition against a side likely to dominate possession.
Stach’s absence will reduce a lot of the Whites’ creativity from set pieces, meaning there will be more focus on carving opportunities from open play.
And Okafor is so often the main man behind that.
