After Okafor: Another major Leeds United injury boost teased ahead of Old Trafford

Leeds United could have Jaka Bijol back in the starting lineup tonight after he has teased his availability at Old Trafford.

Leeds make the trip over the Pennines this evening to take on Manchester United with the faint hope of a shock result on the road.

Michael Carrick’s side are pushing to confirm their return to the Champions League. So, it’s not going to be an easy game by any stretch, especially with injuries plaguing Daniel Farke’s selections.

Jaka Bijol joins Noah Okafor in confirming Leeds United fitness for Man Utd

Farke’s press conference on Friday brought a seriously damning injury update. We know that Anton Stach, Joe Rodon and Dan James won’t be available for the coming weeks due to confirmed injuries.

However, there were three doubts for tonight’s game too: Jaka Bijol, Gabriel Gudmundsson, and Noah Okafor.

Okafor, though, shared on Instagram a pre-match graphic more or less confirming his availability in the matchday squad today.

Since, Bijol has joined the winger in sharing an update for fans on social media, teasing his presence in the squad for this evening’s game:

Can Leeds United manage shock result away at Manchester United tonight?

It goes without saying that you’d take a point tonight. The form that both sides are in, especially our away form compared to their home form, makes for bleak reading.

However, having Okafor and Bijol back in contention raises our chances of snatching something quite significantly.

If we can keep it tight as we have done in the past two games, is there chance of us to sneak a goal on the break?
