Leeds team news
Anton Stach and Joe Rodon are both out with ankle injuries suffered in last weekend’s FA Cup quarter-final victory at West Ham, boss Daniel Farke admitting it is probably unrealistic to expect either back this month.
Winger Dan James also remains sidelined with an adductor strain suffered in a session before the cup quarter-final.
Doubts also surround Gabi Gudmundsson (groin), Jaka Bijol (knock) and Noah Okafor (back).
World Cup-bound Sweden star Gudmundsson came back from international duty with light groin problems and missed last weekend’s cup clash at West Ham but the left back was reportedly making light progress this week.
Bijol and Okafor both started against the Hammers but Bijol was feeling the effects of a knock this week and had not trained as of Thursday.
Okafor, meanwhile, was substituted midway through the second half at the London Stadium after going down injured although Farke hoped it was just a case of cramp.
The winger, though, missed training on Thursday due to struggling with some back problems.
Farke, though, was hoping that all three would be back by virtue of having a few more days to recover.
Predicted Leeds line-up: Darlow; Bogle, Justin, Bijol, Struijk, Gudmundsson; Ampadu, Gruev, Tanaka; Aaronson, Calvert-Lewin.
