Leeds United took a massive step towards Premier League safety following their historic 2-1 win at Manchester United on Monday. Noah Okafor’s first-half brace proved decisive as Daniel Farke’s side held off their 10-man hosts despite conceding through Casemiro midway through the second half.
A first league win at Old Trafford since 1981 leaves Leeds six points clear of the relegation zone with just six games to play. The Whites are now within touching distance of hitting their point-per-game average target and a couple of results from hitting the 40-point mark.
Farke and his squad will deservedly enjoy tonight and their incredible performance, but focus will soon turn onto the future. Below, the YEP takes a look at how the next few weeks will pan out for Farke’s side and their relegation rivals.
