According to Paul Quinn, the Everton Way stone scheme has generated £2.9m in revenue for the Toffees.

This was a personalised stone offer that would provide fans with the opportunity to have their name and message laid outside the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

The news comes amid the controversial decision to increase Everton season tickets for the 2026/27 season.

At a time when a lot of fans are finding it extremely difficult to make their money spread across the rising costs of life, the club have increased the cost of entry to their new stadium.

Although the club may not be immune to the rising costs of the current climate, shifting the deficit onto the fans is not something that will be happily accepted on Merseyside.

This latest development showing the huge revenue boost through such a simple initiative may make the season ticket rise even more bitter to swallow.
