Goldbridge, who runs the YouTube channels The United Stand and That's Football, is going to continue to front the content.
His channels boast a whopping 3.7million subscribers combined.
After paying the undisclosed seven-figure sum to work with Goldbridge, Neville said: "We are building what we believe will become one of the most exciting Independent football communities in the world – one that gives fans direct, personality-led content.
"The United Stand and That's Football are two of the best-known football channels on YouTube, and our intention is to develop them into the most compelling Manchester United and football news channels in the market."

Meanwhile, Goldbridge added: "I've spent the last 10 years building The United Stand for Manchester United fans and That's Football for all fans, and I'm prouder of that than anything I've ever done.
"This deal is about what comes next.
"The Overlap has the ambition, the credibility, and the resources to help me take what I do to the next level."
Speaking on his United Stand channel, Goldbridge then explained: "This is not something that happened overnight.
"This has been worked on for months...so all the things I've said about the club and players over the last few months, that's been going on whilst this deal has been worked on.
"So, the change in content that people think is going to happen is hilarious...this is about the next stage, not the end of an era."

According to the Daily Mail, Goldbridge's United Stand channel will be extended to include Stick to United and The Daily United.
Stick to United will feature ex-players and journalists, similar to Neville and The Overlap's famous Stick To Football podcast.
As for The Daily United, that will be a Man United news show.
Other major clubs across Europe are also said to be targeted for coverage in the future, following The Overlap's investment.
What's Football is Goldbridge's other YouTube channel, and that will be undergoing some changes too.
It is going to be relaunched and rebranded, according to The Guardian, to include a daily football news and podcast channel.

A big step
The Overlap's acquisition of Goldbridge's channels comes three months after it was taken over by radio giant Global.
Global bought a majority stake in Neville's media group, which was founded five years ago in 2021.
Their Stick To Football podcast includes Ian Wright, Roy Keane, Jamie Carragher, Jill Scott and many big-name guests.
Co-founder and executive director of The Overlap, Scott Melvin, said: "The market for independent football content is growing rapidly and the opportunity to build a genuinely scaled network within it is one we have been working towards for some time.

"The Overlap exists to build the infrastructure, partnerships, and editorial range that allows the best channels to reach their full potential.
"Mark has built two of the biggest audiences in this space, and this deal accelerates everything we are building towards."
