'Unbelievable' Leeds United pair make Premier League Team of the Week alongside Liverpool, Man…

Leeds United manager Daniel Farke and Old Trafford match-winner Noah Okafor have been named in Troy Deeney’s Premier League Team of the Week. The Whites produced a memorable performance to beat Manchester United 2-1 on Monday night, pulling six points clear of the relegation zone.

Okafor’s brace eventually won it as Leeds held off their 10-man hosts. Deeney wrote of the winger in his BBC Column: “Two goals for him after putting in such a shift on that left-hand side. His double might have sealed Leeds staying in the Premier League, so fair play to him.”

Farke received plenty of praise too, with his side good value for the points. Deeney said: “Unbelievable result for Leeds, especially when you look at how things have gone with West Ham winning and Forest getting a result. It just feels like it was a massive moment for him. His celebrations at the end showed that. It's a huge three points for Leeds and Farke.”
