A rival for Everton in the hunt for European football are now surprisingly searching for a new manager.
Many expected Andoni Iraola to sign a new contract and continue his excellent work at Bournemouth, but the Spaniard has decided to move elsewhere when his deal expires at the end of this season.
David Moyes is in a similar situation, but the Guardian believe The Friedkin Group will be offering the Glaswegian a new contract, and he is expected to sign.
A different outlet in iNews have now covered the situation involving Iraola, stating that Bournemouth have actually placed former Everton boss Frank Lampard on the shortlist.
You can only name one! Which one takes top spot for you? 🤩

Frank Lampard an option for Bournemouth
It is said that the 47-year-old is one of three managers being considered by the Cherries, along with Inigo Perez and Kieran McKenna.
The former Everton boss is said to have close connections at Bournemouth, where his uncle Harry Redknapp managed from 1983 to 1992.
Lampard has not managed in the Premier League – besides a brief caretaker role at Chelsea – since Everton sacked the Englishman back in January 2023.

However, the Chelsea legend has impressively rebuilt his reputation down in the Championship at Coventry, who are currently ten points clear at the summit and on the verge of being promoted as champions.
It will therefore be tough for Bournemouth to lure Lampard away from such an exciting project, but the Cherries would be an appealing proposition if qualification for Europe is achieved this term.
An appointment would also mean Everton not only reunite with Lampard as an opponent at the Hill Dickinson Stadium next season, but compete directly against the Londoner for European football too if next term pans out similarly to this current campaign.
Would YOU have Lampard back as a replacement for Moyes? 🤔
There is arguably no better English manager outside of the Premier League right now 👀

Whatever happens, it is good to see the man from Romford in contention for jobs like this – he deserves credit for bettering himself as a manager since departing Goodison Park.
