Everton are expected to sign a centre-back this summer.
Michael Keane’s contract is due to expire at the end of the season, so Everton have been assessing the market for a suitable replacement.
Manchester City’s John Stones has been linked to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, as he’s set to become a free agent.
Bournemouth’s Marcos Senesi is also on David Moyes’ radar, although there is stiff competition for his signature.
Would this be a good signing on a one-year deal? 🤔

The Toffees have shown an interest in a former Liverpool defender, too, and now there is an update on his situation.

Everton target Ozan Kabak wants Premier League return
Back in February, it was reported that Everton were keen on signing Ozan Kabak ahead of the summer transfer window.
Kabak spent half a season at Liverpool during the 2020/21 campaign and filled in for the injured Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip.

Kabak has since gone on to have a good career in Germany and has clearly alerted David Moyes and his Everton chiefs.
That said, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg has reported that the Hoffenheim star wants to return to the Premier League.
The Toffees are therefore well-placed to land the 26-year-old’s signature; it’ll just depend on whether they decide to push through a deal.
Plettenberg also noted that Kabak has a release clause in his contract worth £21m, although that will only become active in 2027.
A telling summer window awaits the Merseysiders.
