Thumping wins, comebacks and first victories over top clubs all feature, and while there are a number more games that could feature, we’ve picked out our top six.

AFC Bournemouth 4-3 Luton Town

Just a truly remarkable game of football. It was one of the greatest comebacks in Premier League history as goals from Tahith Chong, Chiedozie Ogbene and Ross Barkley gave the visitors the halftime lead.

It was a commanding one for Luton, who were in search of points to continue their charge for survival.

But second half goals from Dominic Solanke, Illia Zabarnyi and a brace from Antoine Semenyo sealed the points in a dramatic night at the Vitality Stadium.

Another comeback, and this one to get Iraola’s second season at the club up and running.

At Goodison Park on a sunny afternoon in August, it was a pretty poor performance from Bournemouth for 80 minutes of the 90, and they trailed by two goals to their hosts.

But as the game wore on, the Cherries grew into it and three goals in nine sensational minutes turned it around.

Semenyo got the comeback started, before Lewis Cook equalised and Luis Sinisterra scored the winner to send the away end wild and bring the points back to Dorset.

A first win over City in the club’s history and it was a brilliant performance to do it.

Semenyo scored to give Bournemouth the lead after nine minutes, and then Evanilson doubled the advantage shortly after the hour mark.

While City sought a way back into the game, the Cherries defended well and held on after a Josko Gvardiol goal to make history.

Arguably the best performance from last season, as an injury-hit Cherries squad headed to the north east with essentially only a starting XI of senior players.

But they produced the perfect away performance as Justin Kluivert scored a hattrick and Milos Kerkez completed the scoring to deny former boss Eddie Howe any points.

They’ll be hoping for a repeat of that result this weekend!

The week following the Newcastle result and it was another sensational performance, a true demolition of a Forest side who were bang in form and towards the top of the table.

This time it was Dango Ouattara who was the hattrick hero, as he plundered three second half goals after Kluivert’s first half opener.

Semenyo scored the fifth in stoppage time to rout the Tricky Trees and spark jubilant scenes at Dean Court.

Despite being just last weekend, this game is arguably one of the most complete performances of Iraola’s tenure.

A deserved victory against the league leaders and title-chasers at their home ground, Bournemouth were simply superb.

Junior Kroupi gave the Cherries the lead before Victor Gyokeres drew the hosts level, but Iraola’s side defended brilliantly and limited their hosts, before Alex Scott struck the decisive blow to win the game.
