Andoni Iraola’s squad is stacked full of young talent, with the second youngest average age of their starting XIs this term at 25 years, 134 days.
The likes of Junior Kroupi, Rayan, Alex Jimenez and Alex Scott have become mainstays of the side at 19, 19, 20 and 22 respectively.
Hill and Adrien Truffert are both young at 24, too, with keeper Djordje Petrovic and striker Evanilson both aged 26.

The remaining trio from Saturday’s starting XI at Arsenal are 27-year-old Marcus Tavernier, 28-year-old Marcos Senesi and 31-year-old Ryan Christie.
Outside that XI, there is plenty more young talent, with the likes of 18-year-old Veljko Milosavljevic and 20-year-olds Alex Toth and Ben Gannon-Doak.

It was a composed, professional and clinical performance from the Cherries at the Emirates on Saturday from a young team.
Hill told the Daily Echo that it is an exciting team to be a part of.
“If you look at the talent we've got in this team, it's absolutely frightening,” he said.
“I think the sky's the limit for this team. I think we just need to keep buying into working hard and keep performing and it's all about that consistency week in, week out.
“Keep performing. Individuals need to perform and we know we need to perform. And yeah, it's the boys that are coming off the bench as well, supporting the team.
“It's not just an individual thing this season. This season you can really see togetherness in this squad.

“And with that, I think this team could go to the very top and I think with that we’ve just got to keep going, keep pushing, keep believing.”
Hill has been immense at the back in 2026, after he came into the team after the Brentford defeat at the end of December.
He said: “It's a great honour just to be selected and put on the jersey and be out there.
“I think every time I put on the kit, it's about giving everything I've got for the club and wanting to improve the team.
“I came in at Christmas time wanting to show a reaction, not just for myself, but from the football club to show that I want to be I want to be here and I want to perform and I want to get to the highest point and I want to push this club to the highest point as well.

“I think Marcos has been brilliant. I think he brings that calmness to the team and on the ball he's fantastic.
“Alex Scott as well. He gets the ball, wants to create something and shows their two levels.
“They're internationals now. I think Alex Scott's really pushing for that England squad in the World Cup and I think he's got every right to go on and do it because he's been absolutely fantastic this season.
“He's really kicked on.

“And yeah, obviously you see Rayan Brazil, Kroupi on the fringe of France as well. So I think the team's got so much talent in there.
“But on a personal note, I think coming in and playing the games that I have and our last loss being Arsenal as well, I think it's all credit to this group.
“It's been fantastic for me since I've been in, but I think it's focusing on that next game and the season's not done until that final whistle's gone at the end of the season.
“Then we can look back and say, yeah, we gave it everything and we've had no regrets. So yeah, we've just got to keep going and keep pushing.”
