Slot is under mounting pressure after Liverpool were dumped out of the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain.
Their 2-0 home defeat in Tuesday's second leg completed a 4-0 loss on aggregate for the Reds.
Although Slot is under contract until the end of next season, fans are calling for this season to be his last in charge.
Liverpool will end the campaign trophyless following their exit from Europe.

Following the match, Reds supporter Bob called into The Sports Bar to discuss Slot's future as well as the club's succession plan.
However, his suggestions for the manager's position left talkSPORT's Jamie O'Hara dumbfounded live on air.
Radical Reds manager plan
Bob called for Liverpool to bring in Klopp alongside Gerrard, with the former England international shadowing the German for a year.
He told O'Hara and Jason Cundy: "If they were, and I don’t like to say get rid of a manager, but if they were and this would be a very bold move. This would be an extremely bold move.
"Steven Gerrard, let’s have it right, at times never had a team built around him so if you want him as a manager let him bring Klopp in for 12 months.
"Let Klopp be the manager and let Gerrard shadow him for 12 months, let him learn from him.

"Then let Gerrard bring in his own team because every Liverpool fan in the country and I know the listeners of this now would love Gerrard and (Jamie) Carragher on the touchline at some point."
O'Hara appeared speechless as he listened to the radical suggestion before dismissing the idea of Klopp returning to Anfield.
In response, he said: "Bobby, what are you on about? What do you mean it’s extreme?
"Jurgen Klopp is not coming to Liverpool for 12 months to teach Steven Gerrard how to be the Liverpool manager.
"What are you on about? What do you mean why not? What do you think this is, charity?"
O'Hara continued: "Jurgen Klopp is not taking over Liverpool. Bob, we speak to you quite a lot and you normally come out with some decent stuff but that is absolute guff.

"You’re miles off it. Jurgen Klopp is not going to turn up at Liverpool and come back for 12 months to shadow Steven Gerrard, what do you think this is?"
Klopp left his role as Liverpool manager in 2024 after almost nine years in charge of the club.
During that time, he won eight trophies including the Champions League, Premier League and Club World Cup.
Although he has not managed since leaving Merseyside, the 58-year-old is currently working as Red Bull's head of global soccer.

As for Gerrard, he remains out of work after leaving Al Ettifaq in January 2025.
The Liverpool academy graduate began his managerial career in charge of the club's under-18 side.
