Jack Grealish could see a £15million offer from Everton accepted for his services by Manchester City this summer.
That is according to former Man City financial adviser Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Football Insider Pep Guardiola’s side could subsidise some of the England international’s “massive” wages for him to complete a permanent move away from the Etihad Stadium.
Grealish has spent this season on loan at Everton as he looked to play more regular first-team football.
The deal includes the option for David Moyes’s side to buy the 30-year-old, who is believed to be on around £300,000 a week, for £50million this summer.
However, Everton are expected to negotiate a deal at a lower price after Grealish broke his foot in February, ruling him out for the remainder of the campaign.

Why Man City want to agree permanent Jack Grealish deal
Man City want to sell Grealish this summer, but his wages present a considerable stumbling block for any interested parties.
The winger’s contract at the Etihad expires in June 2027, having signed a six-year deal when he arrived from Aston Villa for £100m in the summer of 2021.

Jack Grealish’s stats for Everton this season
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Borson discussed what kind of deal Man City will be open to agreeing for Grealish this summer.
“He’s on massive money, so you’re looking at probably something in the order of £15m wages, maybe even more for that final season,” said Borson.
“Clearly, City don’t want the player. He hasn’t even come back to the club during his injury, so it’s quite unusual, but also quite telling. He’s definitely going.”
How much will Grealish cost Man City next season?
Borson insisted Man City’s thoughts will be around how to limit the costs they are set to incur on Grealish next season.
“The only question is where can City financially send him to reduce their exposure of that £15m cost and the book value of the same again probably,” said Borson.
“He’s got an SCR cost next season of about £30m.

“City would love to get close to a £15m transfer fee and subsidise his wages probably for some of the fee on the way in.”
Grealish enjoyed his time with Everton before suffering his foot injury, having registered two goals and six assists in 22 appearances.
