Harry Maguire will miss Manchester United's upcoming clash against Chelsea this weekend after receiving an extra one-match ban.
The England centre-back, 33, was dismissed against Bournemouth last month and missed Monday night's 2-1 defeat to Leeds as a consequence. However, he will also be absent for Saturday's journey to Stamford Bridge following an FA misconduct charge.
The Athletic reports that Maguire is facing a further one-match suspension and financial penalty after The FA determined he used foul language towards fourth official Matt Donohue after his red card against Bournemouth.

The FA announced the charge earlier this month, declaring in a statement: "Harry Maguire has been charged after being sent off in the 78th minute of Man Utd's Premier League match against Bournemouth on March 20.
"It's alleged that the defender acted in an improper manner and/or abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards the fourth official following his dismissal. Harry Maguire has until April 2 to provide a response."
Maguire will likely join Lisandro Martinez in missing the Chelsea clash on Saturday. Martinez was sent off in United's 2-1 defeat to Leeds for tugging Dominic Calvert-Lewin's hair.

United will appeal Martinez's red card but it is expected the Argentine's sending off won't be overturned.
That leaves Michael Carrick likely to name a centre-back pairing with the combined age of 39 with Leny Yoro and Ayden Heaven set to partner each other with Matthijs de Ligt also sidelined through a long-term injury.
United lead Chelsea by seven points in the race for Champions League qualification. If the Reds fall to back-to-back defeats in the league for the first time under Carrick then the gap will be cut to just four points.
