Albion recorded a stunning win on the road against the 14-time winners of the competition, Arsenal, in the quarter-finals. Madison Haley fired Brighton ahead before Caitlin Hayes doubled their lead, with the Gunners unable to muster a response.
Their wins in the fourth and fifth round came against Nottingham Forest and Bristol City respectively.
Albion and Liverpool have already played each other twice this season, with neither side able to undo the other as both affairs ended in draws.
The Reds, however, have found league form more difficult. They perch tenth in the table, just four points from safety.
If Albion progress, they will play in the final at Wembley on May, 31, where they will meet either Chelsea or Manchester City. The two sides meet on the same day as Albion play Liverpool, at 3.15pm.
