“I miss..” – £10m Leeds United star eyes stunning ER revival with brilliant Old Trafford…

Leeds United were victorious at Old Trafford against Manchester United in the Premier League for the first time in 45 years, prompting a great reaction from Largie Ramazani.

After an incredibly dry spell in front of goal recently, Daniel Farke’s Leeds emphatically got back on track this week with a stunning display away from home.

We had just one away win all season in the Premier League before Monday. Farke could not have arrested that run of form in a much better way, beating them lot from over the Pennines.

Watching on as Noah Okafor thumped in two goals in a blistering first half was out-on-loan Leeds winger Largie Ramazani.

Currently with Carlos Corberan at Valencia, Ramazani has enjoyed a strong return to form in 2026. And, he clearly remains in touch with his parent club teammates from Spain.

After our historic win over the Red Devils, Ramazani was front and centre to congratulate the squad on social media. The Belgian winger was seen commenting on several players’ Instagram posts reacting to the win.

“General,” he commented under Ethan Ampadu’s post.

“Aostanding,” Ramazani cleverly replied to Ao Tanaka.

“I miss twisting you up in training,” he joked with Jaka Bijol.

“You should try HYROX, think you’re capable of being number one,” Ramazani said of the energetic Gabriel Gudmundsson.

“GOKAFOR,” Ramazani put under match-winner Okafor’s post.

It’s only a string of playful Instagram comments, and doesn’t mean a great deal in the grand scheme of things. But, it shows that Ramazani’s bridges are far from burned at Elland Road, despite the manner in which he was cast aside after promotion.

Farke made his mind up very abruptly on the £10million winger last season. We can sit here and argue whether or not that was the right decision, but he’s stuck at it over in La Liga and could come back to West Yorkshire rejuvenated this summer.

What’s clear is that Ramazani will return to the Thorp Arch dressing room where he left off. He’s a big presence and someone that seemingly gets along with everyone there.

His form under Corberan suggests he could have a part to play at Leeds in 26/27, if we stay up. Even if he’s an understudy to Okafor off the left, Leeds could certainly benefit from such a livewire. Having him off the bench in tight games could be a great option.

This social media habit underscores the idea that Ramazani would be welcome back in the squad this summer.
