Daniel Farke provides fitness update ahead of Wolves clash

Leeds United return to Elland Road action following an exceptional victory away at Old Trafford on Monday night, welcoming Wolverhampton Wanderers to LS11 on Saturday in the Premier League.

Ahead of the clash against Rob Edwards' side, Daniel Farke has issued an update on the fitness of his players, with no fresh injury concerns, but three of the squad still remain sidelined.

"The players that were for the Manchester United game are also, at least today, ready also for this game," the boss declared.

"For the other players that are injured, with Joe Rodon, Daniel James and Anton Stach, the first step is more or less that they would be back in team training and then if they have a bit of team training then they're also available for the games.

"As it stands, so today, no one is back in team training yet, but we have two more days.

"Let's see what happens. We assess them day by day but as it stands, no one of them is back in team training yet. And all the others, as it stands, are available for the game."

On Gabriel Gudmundsson following return from injury on Monday night, and whether he had any additional issues, Farke said: "Nope, all good."
