Ross Wallace’s side will seal automatic promotion at long last if they’re able to match Wolves’ result on the final weekend of the campaign.
A win will guarantee first place, with the Clarets sitting one point ahead of their title rivals.
Burnley were originally due to take on Stoke City at Leyland’s County Ground on Sunday, April 26.
But with the title on the line, and the men’s first team no longer in action the weekend, the fixture has now been moved to Turf Moor, with a kick off time of 2pm.
Season ticket holders can attend the game for free. Tickets are otherwise priced at £5 for adults and £1 for Under 14s.

Burnley edged to a 2-1 win in the reverse fixture back in November, but come into the game off the back of a 7-0 thrashing of Hull City last time out.
They also remain unbeaten this season, having won 19 of their 21 league games to date, drawing the other two – conceding just five in the process.
Wolves have also won 19 of their 21 league games this season and will be hoping for a final day slip-up from the Clarets.
