Isaac Heath won Everton’s under-21 Player of the Season award last year.
As such, Isaac Heath was involved in Everton’s first-team pre-season, and he made a good impression on David Moyes.
But Moyes and his Toffees chiefs made the decision to send Heath on a season-long loan deal to League Two outfit Accrington Stanley.
Everton fans, how do you feel about our European football prospects now with five games to go? 🤔
The defeat to Liverpool was a sickener, but we're still right in the mix! 🙏

With that said, as the 21-year-old approaches the end of the loan, it’s now quite obvious where his future lies.

Isaac Heath probably isn’t up to Everton standard
Heath has earned rave reviews during his loan at Accrington, with his manager John Doolan admitting some teams have to triple mark him sometimes.
However, as harsh as it sounds, the 21-year-old probably hasn’t shown enough from an output point of view to warrant a future at Everton, at least for now.
Heath, who has been injured since the beginning of March, has netted four goals whilst laying on as many assists across his 30 appearances.

Eight goal involvements is a decent return, but clearly, it doesn’t warrant a spot in Everton’s Premier League squad next season.
So, the Leeds-born wide player should probably be loaned to League One next term, or even sold on a permanent transfer.
Given that Heath is turning 22 later this year, unfortunately, it seems unlikely he will develop into a top-flight player.
Reading and Huddersfield have been linked with a move to sign Heath in recent months, so perhaps the Toffees could command a couple of million to sanction his sale.
That’d be a decent return on an academy player who’s never made a senior appearance for Everton in a competitive game.
