Liverpool are tracking several of Europe’s most devastating forwards ahead of the summer transfer window as Arne Slot looks to refresh his attack.
PSG have given Liverpool a close-up look at their attacking quality in recent seasons, knocking them out of the Champions League in back-to-back campaigns and doing so largely because of the sheer speed and ruthlessness in their front line.
Liverpool know they must plan for life after Mohamed Salah, and Hugo Ekitike’s injury adds to the urgency. If the opportunity presented itself, the Reds would jump at the chance to sign Bradley Barcola, Desire Doue or Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Which Liverpool legend will you miss more: Mohamed Salah or Virgil van Dijk?

Liverpool would love to sign Bradley Barcola, Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
There is little doubt Liverpool would be hugely interested in all three. PSG are blessed with world-class attacking options.
Barcola, Doue and Kvaratskhelia would no doubt be capable of thriving in the Premier League.
Speaking about the situation with Anfield Index, journalist David Lynch said: “Liverpool, they like pretty much all of those PSG wingers. They like Barcola, they like Doue, they like Kvaratskhelia if they were even on the market this summer maybe.
“And there have been suggestions that might be the case albeit I only think they’ll sell one of them if they do and it will be to bring someone in like [Yan] Diomande so one to keep an eye on”

Liverpool’s interest is one thing, but it is still difficult to see PSG willingly parting with their best players, especially given how strong they have been in Europe.

Of the three, Barcola feels the most realistic target. His contract extension talks have hit a wall, and Liverpool could be in a good position to take advantage of the rift that seems to be growing between the player and the club.
As Lynch suggests, any sale would likely depend on PSG moving for Liverpool target Yan Diomande. And that could yet work in Liverpool’s favour, because if PSG do press ahead, the Reds may find a route to a far more established star rather than gambling on the 19-year-old’s potential.
Liverpool are also keeping tabs on another PSG attacker. Slot has approved a move for Randal Kolo Muani when he returns to Paris from Spurs, meaning the European champions could become a major source of transfer intrigue for the Reds this summer.
