Liverpool are being linked with a move to sign Eduardo Camavinga every second day now, with the French international seemingly on the Reds’ radar ahead of what is a critical transfer window.
There is no denying how important it is that Liverpool and FSG get the 2026 summer transfer window spot on.
Salah is leaving, so is Robbo, Hugo Ekitike is out for 9 months, Isak is still recovering and is going to the World Cup, Alisson could go to Juventus…
There is a lot that is happening that needs to be factored in.
Liverpool’s midfield needs special attention, and Camavinga would be a very interesting signing if greenlit.
Latest info suggests Camavinga could be forced to leave Real Madrid and Liverpool could capitalise
According to a report from Spanish outlet El Debate, Real Madrid believe they cannot depend on Camavinga, who has endured a season in and out of form, but the Frenchman is ‘not willing to leave.’

The article claims Madrid feels he shirks responsibility, lacks focus in games, leading to errors, describing him as “scattered.” It’s a harsh summary for a player who is still regarded as one of the most talented midfielders in European football.
However, even though Madrid are ready to cut their losses, Liverpool have been strongly linked with signing Camavinga.
In early April, Sky Switzerland reporter Sacha Tavolieri claimed that Liverpool had held discussions with his agency – CAA Stellar, with Arsenal also said to have been in touch.
Tavolieri reported: “According to our information, Real Madrid are open to a sale should a convincing offer be made, with a price tag of around €80 million . A significant sum, but still within reach for several top European clubs.
“Behind the scenes, things are heating up. Camavinga’s agency, CAA Stellar, has already made contact with several Premier League clubs, including Liverpool and Arsenal, two teams looking to strengthen their midfield.”
Real Madrid would have to sell Camavinga against the wishes of Real Madrid manager Alvaro Arbeloa.
If Camavinga does leave Real Madrid this summer, it will be without his blessing based on his latest comments to press.
As per L’Equipe, the Madrid boss said: “He [Camavinga] has my full confidence, the club’s confidence, and the fans’ affection, and I hope he will stay with us for many years to come.”
