Leeds United, Sunderland, Everton and Crystal Palace linked with Boca Juniors midfielder Milton Delgado
Leeds United are reportedly among the clubs eyeing Boca Juniors prodigy Milton Delgado.
A diminuinitve and tenacious midfielder, Delgado’s defensive attributes have made him an important figure for Boca at just 20 years old.
An Argentina youth international, he is considered among the brightest emerging prospects in the Primera División.

According to SportsBoom, the swift rate of his development has placed him on the radar of clubs across the globe.
Leeds are among four English clubs linked, said to view Delgado as someone who could add resilience to their midfield. Sunderland have also been credited with interest, as have Everton and Crystal Palace.
There is also thought to be interest from Spain, Italy and the United States of America.
Leeds United’s midfield department
The centre of midfield was a key area of focus last summer for Leeds, who signed Anton Stach and Sean Longstaff to compliment Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev and Ao Tanaka.
All have played a part this season, with Ampadu the man who has been viewed as indispensable. The Wales international, who serves as Whites captain, has not missed a single Premier League game he has been fit and available for this term.
He was recently lauded by former Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood, who suggested Ampadu is someone Spurs could have done with having this season.

He said: “Looking through their (Leeds’) group of players, at the beginning of the season, would Tottenham have taken many of them? I would have said no.
“But in hindsight, now, when you look at it, you look at someone like Ethan Ampadu, who looks to me like not only a good player, he’s a very, very good player, but he’s also a leader.
“He’s someone who wants to stand up. He’s not old but he’s got a lot of experience, he drives his teammates forward and that is what you need in this situation, you need someone willing to stand up and pull others in the correct direction with you and that’s what Ethan Ampadu has done. He’s not alone but he is dragging them to safety in this league.”
As a defensive-minded midfielder, Delgado would be competing for minutes with Ampadu. It remains to be seen whether a move transpires for the Argentine prospect, who is certainly making waves over in his native South America.
