Everton will be without Jarrad Branthwaite for the rest of the season after he suffered another hamstring injury in the Merseyside derby.
The task now for the Everton No.32 is to focus on recovering in time for pre-season under David Moyes, a crucial period for every player to be part of, let alone those coming off the treatment table.
The injury is not as bad as Everton first feared it would be, and physiotherapist Ben Warburton has now offered another shred of positivity regarding Jarrad Branthwaite.

Ben Warburton says he has “heard” Everton have “very good” physios
Warburton has now spoken to the BBC about the England international and his hamstring.
He claims it is “far from ideal” that the 23-year-old keeps suffering setbacks in the same area, but shared examples of other players he has worked alongside who managed to overcome their struggles.
Warburton said: “It’s far from ideal that Branthwaite is getting repetitive hamstring issues and there is a slight cause for concern.
“However, I’ve dealt with sports players myself where they have an inconsistent couple of seasons with either a repetitive hamstring or calf injury, then after extensive rehab and thorough investigations they have come out the other side.”

Interestingly, Warburton added: “I have heard Everton have very good physios so I’m sure they’re doing all they can.”
They will hopefully be able to help Branthwaite find a solution to put an end to these problems once and for all.
Some Everton fans may simply expect the club to have good physios, but even within the Premier League, it is not always a given.
Just take a look at Tottenham, who are under immense scrutiny from fans for the way in which their medical team have handled the likes of Dejan Kulusevski, James Maddison, Mohammed Kudus and others.

Their mismanagement and inability to get key players back on schedule has been a major factor in Spurs slipping down the Premier League, so the fact Everton’s team of physios have a “very good” reputation across the industry bodes very well indeed.
