Serie A side Sassuolo are facing the possibility of selling Tarik Muharemovic in the summer. The player’s stance is now driving a move to Inter.
**Corriere dello Sport** [report](http://www.corrieredellosport.it/news/calcio/serie-a/inter/2026/04/24-148169187/muharemovic_allinter_la_svolta_vicina_ecco_cosa_manca) that the move to the Nerazzurri is going full steam ahead. A preliminary agreement between Inter and the player has been reached, with the defender having agreed to sign a five-year deal.
This has given Inter an advantage over Premier League sides and also over Juventus. Not just that, Muharemovic himself pseems to be favouring a move to the San Siro over a return to Juve. This is mainly because he felt snubbed by the Bianconeri when they moved him on to Sassuolo on a permanent basis and he doesn’t want to go back.
The Neroverdi currently want €25m to sell Muharemovic. There is work ongoing to iron out the details, with a young player likely to move to Sassuolo as part of the agreement, allowing Sassuolo to reduce the money they would pay to Juve as part of the sell-on clause.
