Liverpool team confirmed to face Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Arne Slot has made two changes for Liverpool’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Anfield.

With Alisson Becker and Giorgi Mamardashvli injured - the latter forced off in last week’s 2-1 win over Everton with a nasty wound - Freddie Woodman starts in goal. The former Preston man makes his full Premier League debut for the Reds since his arrival on a free transfer last summer.

Meanwhile, Ryan Gravenberch is handed a rest with Alexis Mac Allister coming into the midfield. Curtis Jones is expected to continue at right-back after impressing against Everton.

With Hugo Ekitike sidelined through a ruptured Achilles, undergoing successful surgery earlier this week, Slot has opted to give a spot on the bench to Will Wright. The 18-year-old striker, who signed from Salford City last week, has recorded four goals and five assists in 17 appearances for the under-21s this season.

A win for Liverpool will see them move eight points clear of Brighton in the Premier League table and edge them closer to securing Champions League qualification.

Liverpool: Woodman, Van Dijk, Konate, Wirtz, Szoboszlai, Isak, Mac Allister, Salah, Jones, Gakpo, Robertson.

Subs: Pecsi, Gomez, Kerkez, Chiesa, Frimpong, Gravenberch, Nyoni, Ngumoha, Wright.
