Everton team news and full line-up for the Premier League clash with West Ham United at the London Stadium

Thierno Barry START as Everton travel to West Ham United for a game crucial to the ambitions of both sides.
David Moyes had thrown doubt over whether the France youth international would replace Beto, who is ruled out after suffering concussion in the defeat to Liverpool last week, despite him being the only other senior recognised forward in the squad.
The Everton manager's comments did not seem too controversial given Barry's struggles - on and off the pitch - in recent weeks.
They did, however, lead to debate over how Moyes could set up without a striker - opening the possibility of Iliman Ndiaye or Tyrique George leading the line.
In the end, the Blues boss has opted to go for Barry, who so far has six goals in the Premier League following his summer arrival from Villarreal.
That was despite his struggle in the derby. Asked whether his substitute appearance last week was a factor in his apparent reticence to back Barry, Moyes said: “No, I think sometimes that can happen. You can come in and it doesn't happen. He came on in a difficult game, at a difficult time in the game. He was up against two big centre-halves and it was probably a tough gig for him at the time.”
Barry is one of two enforced changes, with Michael Keane replacing the injured Jarrad Branthwaite at centre-back.
Beyond that, the line-up is unchanged, with Dwight McNeil and Nidaye starting either side of a midfield of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, James Garner and Idrissa Gueye.
