London, April 25 (SANA) Liverpool defeated Crystal Palace 3–1 at Anfield on Saturday in the 34th round of the English Premier League.
Liverpool took the lead through Alexander Isak in the 35th minute before Andrew Robertson doubled the advantage five minutes later. Crystal Palace pulled one back through Daniel Muñoz in the 71st minute, but Florian Wirtz sealed the win for Liverpool with a stoppage-time goal in the 90+6th minute.
Liverpool suffered a setback in the 59th minute when Mohamed Salah was forced off after feeling discomfort in his left hamstring. The Egyptian forward received treatment on the pitch before being replaced by Jeremie Frimpong.
The result lifts Liverpool to 58 points in fourth place, while Crystal Palace remain 13th on 43 points.
