Tyler Dibling must undoubtedly be questioning his decision to join Everton back in August.
The England U21 international has made just four starts in the Premier League since his £40m move from Southampton to the Hill Dickinson Stadium – and has only played 75 minutes of Premier League football in 2026.
That is despite the fact there is hardly much competition for a spot out on the right flank, where Dwight McNeil – a player Everton agreed to sell in February – has strangely been preferred by David Moyes.
Now, the situation only looks bleaker for Tyler Dibling as Everton submit an offer to sign Esmir Bajraktarevic from PSV Eindhoven – according to SportSport in Bosnia.
How can Tyler Dibling actually turn things around at Everton? 🤷♂️
It's going to need some turnaround from the youngster 😫

Everton make move for direct Tyler Dibling rival in Esmir Bajraktarevic
The Bosnian news outlet believe Everton have received glowing reports from scouts on the PSV Eindhoven No.19 – so much so that the Toffees have decided to make a bid.
Crucially with regard to Dibling, Bajraktarevic – valued at £4m – has played almost exclusively on the right wing for PSV Eindhoven this season, where he cuts inside on his stronger left foot to devastating effect.
The 21-year-old can boast seven goals and five assists in 36 appearances so far this term.

With McNeil potentially leaving this summer, Dibling may have been sensing an opportunity to finally nail down a spot in the starting XI on that right wing.
However, the fact a bid has already been submitted for a winger who plays the game very much like the former Southampton man suggests Everton have little faith in his ability to become a regular starter.
It also suggests a loan move could be in the offing for Dibling – although qualification for Europe would increase the amount of fixtures on the schedule next season, offering more chances of playing time.

The 20-year-old unquestionably has a lot of work to do after a tough debut campaign at Everton, and we hope the rumour involving Bajraktarevic can motivate him rather than cause a negative impact.
