Grealish welcomed five Special Olympics Great Britain athletes to the Hill Dickinson Stadium following their completion of the London Marathon over the weekend.

“Being Principal Ambassador for Special Olympics GB means a lot,” Grealish told the Everton website.

“It’s inspirational to see the determination and the positivity that the athletes show every day. I’m proud to help show the world what they can achieve.”

Footage of Grealish showing the five athletes around Everton’s new stadium has been posted over social media, with the club keen to showcase the good work of the 30-year-old.

Everton are keen to re-sign Grealish for next season, with the winger providing a lot both on and off the field for the Blues.

Everton fans will not read too much into the headlines that emerged earlier this week on Grealish.

The winger has had his season cut short through a significant injury, with the 30-year-old now sharing the positive update on his recovery.

Despite being sidelined, Grealish has remained a huge supporter of Everton and is often seen praising his teammates on social media.

Grealish’s attitude has not been an issue since he joined the club and his experience has been a big addition for Moyes amid the European push.

It is clear that Moyes thinks very highly of Grealish, with the response from the club showing just how the club feel about his situation.
