The Scotland hitman netted his third goal since moving to Italy in a 1-1 draw at Juventus, with his side already resigned to playing in Serie B next term.
After a low cross into the box, the striker curled a shot into the near post to put Verona ahead.

Bowie, 23, has now scored three goals in 11 games since his £7 million move to Verona.
And he can take personal pride despite his side's troubles.
He said: "I've managed to score again which is a great feeling, especially at a stadium like Juventus'.
"We probably should have won and everyone is continuing to fight until the end of the season.
