Arsenal are ready to raid Chelsea for yet another first-team star this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
Mikel Arteta has previously brought in a number of Chelsea players during his tenure at the Emirates Stadium, including the likes of Kai Havertz, Kepa Arrizabalaga, and, most recently, Noni Madueke last summer.
But with the club on the verge of winning the Premier League for the first time since 2004, and having reached the Champions League final for the first time since 2006, the Gunners are ready to raid their London rivals once again ahead of the upcoming transfer window.

Arsenal are expected to look to bolster their midfield this summer with Christian Norgaard, Ethan Nwaneri, and Myles Lewis-Skelly all facing question marks over their future.
According to TEAMtalk, Arsenal are ready to enter the race to sign Argentina international Enzo Fernandez, as he looks set for crunch talks over his future at Stamford Bridge, with the Blues set to miss out on Champions League football once again.
Chelsea want to keep the former Benfica man, who they signed for £107m, but there have been issues behind the scenes, which saw the midfielder suspended for two games for comments he made about Real Madrid in public.
Described as 'world-class', Man City have also been linked with a move to take him away from Stamford Bridge. Arsenal are yet to make a formal move, but they are very attentive to his situation ahead of a potential swoop this summer.
Enzo Deal Could Make for Odegaard Decision

Arsenal have got great depth in the attacking midfield options right now with Eberechi Eze, Martin Odegaard, Ethan Nwaneri and Max Dowman all availabe to Arteta if he wants them for that position.
But while Enzo is capable of playing in a deeper role too, Declan Rice and Martin Zubimendi have been excellent performers this season and are highly unlikely to lose their place to accommodate for the Argentine's arrival.
A big fee would undoubtedly be needed to get Fernandez to move across London, and it wouldn't be worth it without at least one of those aforementioned moving on. Odegaard would seemingly be the most likely, and if the Enzo interest becomes more concrete, it could lead to Arteta having to make a big decision on his captain's future.
