OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault wouldn't go into specifics, but he was not happy with the officials, following a 125-107 win in Game 2 of his second-round series against the Los Angeles Lakers. In addressing the Lakers' physicality in the Thunder win, Daigneault kept his comments on the referees in Thursday's win short.
However, Daigneault did admit that he had a conversation with officials, giving them an earful, he said, during his postgame media availability.
“My interactions with the officials is between me and them. I had plenty to say to them, but I’m gonna keep it there,” Daigneault said. “And I thought our team did a really good job staying present, and just focusing on the next controllable. We just played it possession by possession.”
