Former Boston Celtics All-Star and NBA champion point guard Rajon Rondo is reportedly a finalist for the head-coaching job with the New Orleans Pelicans.
HoopsHype senior NBA insider Michael Scotto reported Friday afternoon that another former member of the organization has interviewed for the lead gig with a different Western Conference team.
"Sources: The Blazers interviewed Rockets assistant Ben Sullivan for their head coaching job. Sullivan interviewed for the Suns last summer. He’s been an assistant for Ime Udoka (Rockets and Celtics), Joe Mazzulla, and Mike Budenholzer (Bucks and Hawks). He played for the University of Portland," Scotto posted on Bluesky.
