The Washington Wizards won the lottery for the upcoming NBA Draft and are widely expected to select BYU standout forward AJ Dybantsa with the No. 1 pick.

Meanwhile, the Lakers will pick 25th in the upcoming draft after finishing fourth in the Western Conference during the regular season.

Los Angeles will not have any second-round selections after previously trading away its second-round pick.

The 2026 NBA Draft will take place on June 23-24 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Besides Dybantsa, the draft class features standout prospects such as Kansas' Darryn Peterson, Duke' Cam Boozer, UNC' Caleb Wilson and Arkansas' Darius Acuff Jr., among several others.
