Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards locked up the No.1 pick.
Going into the Lottery, the Bulls seemed poised to land in the top ten. However, theymoved up five spots to get the No.4 pick. According to ESPN's NBA Mock Draft, the top four picks areslated to be AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, or Caleb Wilson.
If it goes according to plan, then the Bulls should receive Wilson, a 6-foot-10 forward from North Carolina.

Nevertheless, the Bulls are poised to receive a top-tier talent as the organization looks to start from scratch after years of futility.
