There are a lot of Commanders/Wizards fans who are thrilled that Wall was the good luck charm that led this franchise to getting the number one overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. A lot of Washington fans believe that they should draft AJ Dybantsa from the BYU Cougars. Darryn Peterson from the Kansas Jayhawks, Cameron Boozer of the Duke Blue Devils, and Caleb Wilson of the North Carolina Tar Heels may also be considered for the number one pick.
Washington has the greatest gift handed to them in years. The Wizards can not possibly mess this up. They need to draft Dybantsa number one overall and not overthink this by any means.
