As rumors surround Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo and the potential of a move elsewhere this offseason, the latest from ESPN insider Shams Charania doubles down on the matter. While rumors around the Bucks and Antetokounmpo will continue, the team is reportedly “open for business” on the star, with the asking price relatively the same as before.
Reported by Charania on Monday, Milwaukee is looking for “a young blue-chip talent and/or a surplus of draft picks” in return for Antetokounmpo.
“There is expected to be a robust market for Antetokounmpo, and ownership and front-office officials expect to maintain their trade deadline asking price of a young blue-chip talent and/or a surplus of draft picks, sources said,” Charania wrote.
